1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 6 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to product defects or errors on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or modified products cannot be returned.
  • Custom-built or special-order items may not be eligible for returns unless covered under warranty.

5. Warranty Support

Smithcucina products come with a 2 Years warranty. If your product experiences a defect covered under warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy for assistance.
